CRAM - CGI scripts that rotate content

CRAM is a set of CGI scripts for rotating content. Multiple rotation schedules (including Fixed, Random, Weighted, and Round Robin) are all controlled through a Web-based interface for adding and editing content. Multiple types are supported, so the system can control different content for different areas of the site. The program does not require a great deal of CPU power.
