Here is the latest libXpm DLL version 3.2g.

I have included source code this time and instructions on how to build it
yourself.

You must have tsx-11.mit.edu:/pub/linux/packages/GCC/src/tools-2.6.tar.z
compiled and installed to be able to build this library yourself.

Alternatively just replace the DLL lib in you /lib dir and make the link
/lib/libXpm.so.3 point to it.
