For the OpenPGP project, we're running 
the <a href="http://cvs.openpkg.org/openpkg-src/pks/">OpenPKG package</a> of <a
href="mailto:marc@@mit.edu">Marc Horowitz</a>' <a
href="http://pks.sourceforge.net/">PKS</a>, an <a
href="http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2440.txt">OpenPGP</a> (RFC 2440)
compliant Public Key server. It can be directly accessed via HKP
on <a href="hkp://pgp.openpkg.org">hkp://pgp.openpkg.org/</a>
or used via HTTP through the following forms. For instance, the
OpenPGP Public Key from the OpenPKG project can be found <a
