FWTK
Patch to FWTK smap.c
that cleans up and documents the Hagan/Ellis/Eckhardt anti-relay /
anti-spam patch as of late May 1998.
This version requires an ANSI C compiler [such as gcc].
It will compile and work with FWTK 1.3 or 2.1, and presumably 2.0.
To apply: take a separate copy of smap.c, in a separate directory with
this file (smap.c.diffs), and say:
patch < smap.c.diffs
