However, this internal copy is always returned so the SCSI library always believes that an error occurred. As this implementation bug makes it impossible to sense other error/exception conditions the driver needs to be fixed. As a workaround you can activate a hack in the file scsi-bsd.c by using ./Gmake COPTX=-DBSD_SCSI_SENSE_BUG to compile cdrecord Jörg
