                        ANNOUNCEMENT

DDN announcements are distributed online by the DDN Network
Information Center under DISA contract as a means of communicating
official policy, procedures and other information of concern to
management personnel at DDN facilities.  Back issues may be read
through the TACNEWS server ("@n" command at the TAC) or may be
obtained by FTP (or Kermit) from the NIC.DDN.MIL host [192.112.36.5]
using login="anonymous" and password="guest".  The pathname
for announcements is ddn-news/ddn-announce-nn.txt (where "nn" is the
bulletin number).

                          DISN DIAL-IN SERVICE
                        TELEPHONE NUMBER CHANGE

1.  Reference:  DISN Dial-in Data Service Pilot Installation User
Guide, dated January 13, 1995.

2.  The "Telephone Numbers" paragraph in the referenced document
stated that the following telephone prefix changes would occur
March 4, 1995:

  a.  Commercial prefix 487 change to 735.

  b.  DSN prefix 364 change to 653.

3.  This announcement is a reminder that those changes did occur.
